When discussing signs, you can apply them to anywhere in your chart, not just the sun. Also 6th and 8th house synastry overlays can be observed when reading. Also despite the Male x Female dynamic, this works with any pair.
The Scorpio and Virgo dynamic is always something I have personally found intriguing. Their connection has lived on in my parents with my mother being a triple Virgo sun and my father having a Scorpio stellium. And in the relationships, I share with others as a Scorpio Sun/Mercury who has found past partners to always have Virgo placements. Tales say that Scorpio and Virgo were the same sign but then split into two to make room for Libra. They represent the opposite of each other, Virgo being the virgin and Scorpio being the "Sinner". Their glyphs also looking identical at first gaze... They are the same yet incredibly different, as signs that naturally sextile is, however, this pair is unordinary. I find that this pair is always attempting to figure one another out. They exist on a soul mate level, always drawn to one another whether it be platonic or romantic.
From the Virgo perspective, Virgos enjoy fixing, and Scorpios are a mess to them. A wild energy bursting with emotion and raw power Virgos want to control but also feed. In my story, Persephone is capable, she is Virgo. She is aware of what awaits if she nears Hades, she is intrigued by him, by his solitude, and wants to understand him. She is seen as a beautiful and innocent figure but it is how she likes it, she liked leading others to believe she is something when in reality she is nothing of the sort, just like Virgos. If you get close enough to a Virgo, not only do you see their unhinged mutable behavior, but you get a glimpse at the raw sex appeal they carry. Look at Virgo Mars and you will see how powerful they actually are.
From the Scorpio perspective, they firstly view Virgos as something to protect and keep as even they tend to fall into their trap. Scorpios can be quick to become enamored by Virgo simply because of their elegance and strangeness. In my story, Hades found comfort in himself and was shocked a figure would willingly come into his home after the stories and terror. This allowed him to immediately put his walls down and feel a sort of trust with Persephone, something he had never done before. I believe these signs awaken something within each other, something dormant that pulls one in deeper and deeper until consumption.
I do not see Hades as the obsessive lover, I see Persphone pulling the strings and claiming her throne as Goddess of the Underworld. I do not see Persephone as the victim, I see Hades welcoming in his new love for all that she is. Virgo would eat the pomegranates if it meant spending eternity with their other half as Scorpio would open up their home and selves if it meant being seen by their one true love. They are made for each other because they are one another.
